Tengen was founded in 2014 by Chase Wooten, evolving out of a successful and rewarding career in Accounting & Finance. During his time on the functional side, he was consistently involved in leading and supporting digital transformation projects. It quickly became apparent digital transformation had the potential to unlock tremendous value for companies. It also became clear Workday was leading the way in cloud-based financial system technology. With this sentiment in mind, Chase began collaborating with a leading Workday implementation and services partner learning the technical in’s & out’s of all Workday Financial solutions, marrying functional, business process-related knowledge with Workday’s innovative solutions and methodologies. In this spirit, Tengen was conceived. Tengen aims to collaborate with Finance professionals that love technology, have a passion for the symmetry of accounting, enjoy helping people, and have empathy for those in their care.
